The Inclusivity Team works to build a diverse, multicultural beloved community and to dismantle racism and other forms of oppression within our congregation. Our work is grounded in the values of justice, equity, interdependence, generosity, pluralism, and transformation, with love at the center.

We are a Welcoming Congregation recognized by the Unitarian Universalist Association, affirming LGBTQIA+ people in every aspect of congregational life. We commit to full inclusion in worship, programming, leadership, and community life, and to ongoing learning and advocacy for justice.

Current Work

The Inclusivity Team is currently facilitating congregational trainings on Subtle Acts of Exclusion (microaggressions) and expanding participation across committees and groups. We also continue to support and co-sponsor gatherings such as Building Beloved Community Beyond the Binary, which brings together transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive communities alongside allies.
